Earlier this month, Keshet was recognized by the Make It Better Foundation with a Philanthropy Award for Empowerment for the impactful and inspiring work we do for individuals with disabilities. The Make It Better Foundation was born from the Make It Better magazine, a seasonal publication that helps their audience become more involved with their community nonprofits. In addition to a monetary award, we received a beautifully produced video about Keshet’s adult programs, scholarship benefits from Northwestern’s Kellogg Nonprofit Executive Education Program and a membership to Forefront for the entire organization and access to the Impact Capacity Assessment Tool (iCAT). Thank you for helping us continue to make a difference in the community.

Congratulations to the other 2019 Make It Better Philanthropy Award winners: The People’s Music School with the award for Education & Arts, and Selah Freedom with the award for Social Services.
