The MY Life House Manager oversees and participates in the intellectual/developmental development and delivery of services designed to further the abilities of adults with developmental disabilities to live, learn and work in a more independent and inclusive manner. The MY Life House Manager is responsible for direct support, administrative duties and assists in management of staff in the designated program. This position will work both direct support (DSP) hours and administrative hours. They will provide leadership by demonstrating a strong work ethic, solution oriented thinking, open mindedness, active listening, good judgment, decisiveness, accountability and strategic thought. Essential functions of the role include but are not limited to administrative and program specific duties, managing staff relations, managing person-centered planning as well as scheduling and attendance.
